International Center for Clubhouse Development seeks Chief Administrative Officer
Position: Chief Administrative Officer
Department: ICCD
Reports to: ICCD Executive Director
The International Center for Clubhouse Development (ICCD), a non-profit corporation working to improve the circumstances for people living with serious mental illness around the globe is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is a senior member of the ICCD staff team responsible for the overall coordination, quality assurance and ongoing improvement of ICCD administrative functions, processes and special events.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in progressively increasing administrative management responsibilities and a demonstrated capacity to multi task. The ICCD is looking for a self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as working knowledge of budget management, human resources, the work of a board of directors and experience working with development staff. Knowledge of the Clubhouse model and issues related to psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery are helpful, but not initially required.
Additional Information
The ICCD has a small staff team of about 10 employees and a committed group of about 250 volunteers. Currently we are working in 30 countries and have more than 300 affiliated organizations that are “members” of our organization.
